Wait a Minute! Do You Believe the Following?

  • LIFE, LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS – Life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness are gifts from God and reaffirmed in the Declaration of Independence. We The People expect no less from our governments at all levels.
  • OPENNESS AND TRANSPARENCY – Openness and transparency are traits of a fair and just government. We The People expect no less.
  • LIMITED GOVERNMENT – As our Founding Fathers recognized, restraint of government is essential to protect the liberties of We The People.
  • FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY – Government at all levels must learn to live within its means. To saddle future generations with the crushing burden of our excess spending is irresponsible and unacceptable.
  • PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY – Liberty is unsustainable without responsibility. Each citizen must take responsibility for the consequences of his or her own actions while respecting the rights and dignity of others.
  • THE RULE OF LAW – Our Constitution is the highest ‘man made law’. The rule of law must be consistent, independent, and uniform in its application. This is critical to a free and prosperous society.
  • NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY – We must maintain a strong national defense, effective security of our borders, and sole control over our land and our laws resisting governing from the outside powers.
  • STATE SOVEREIGNTY – The Tenth Amendment emphasizes that the states are to remain individual and unique sovereignties; that they were empowered in areas that the Constitution did not delegate to the Federal government. With this in mind, and federal attempts to legislate beyond the Constitutional limits of Congress’ authority is a usurpation of state sovereignty and rendered unconstitutional.
